Terms and conditions for copying, distribution and modification

  • Article 0

This License applies to any program (or other work) which contains a notice placed by the copyright holder stating that the said program or work may be distributed under the terms of this License. The term program refers to both the program itself that any work derived from it according to the law, that is to say, a work containing the Program or a portion of it, either verbatim or with modifications and / or translated into another language (translation is considered a modification). Each person concerned with the licensee is referred to as You. Activities other than copying, distribution and modification are not covered by this License; they are outside its scope. Nothing restricts the use of the program and the data from it are covered only if its contents constitute a work based on the Program (independent of having been made by running the Program). It all depends on what the Program does.

  • Article 1.

You can copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you conspicuously on each copy an appropriate copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty, do not modify or intact all the notices that refer to this License and to the disclaimer of warranty and provide with all copies of the Program a copy of this License. You may charge a fee for making the copy, and offer warranty protection in your care fee.

  • Article 2.

You can modify your copy or copies of the Program or any part thereof, or a work based on the Program, and copy and distribute such modifications or work under the terms of Section 1 above, provided that you also meet the conditions following: a) Add the files modified to carry prominent notices of changes made, and the date of any change. b) distribute under the terms of the General Public License all any realization containing all or part of the program, with or without modifications. c) If the modified program normally reads commands interactively when run, make it, when most ordinary way, the appropriate copyright indicating clearly the warranty (or guarantee that You agree You provide yourself), it states that any users may redistribute the program under these conditions the GNU General Public License, and telling the user how to view a copy of it (exception: if the program itself is interactive but does not display such a message normally, your work based on the Program is not required to print). All of these conditions apply to all changes. If identifiable sections of that work are not derived from the Program, and can be reasonably considered independent, this License does not apply to those sections when you distribute them. But when you distribute the same sections as part of a coherent whole which is a work based on the Program under this License, they are also subject to it and the license extends well to the whole product, regardless 'is the perpetrator.

This article is not intended to capture or contest your rights to work written entirely by you, but rather to exercise the right to control the free distribution of derivative or collective works based on the Program.

In addition, mere aggregation of another work not based on the Program with the Program (or with a work based on it), performed on a storage or distribution medium does not bring the other work under the License control.

  • Article 3.

You may copy and distribute the Program (or any work based on the requirements of Article 1) in object code or executable under the terms of sections 0 and 1, provided they meet one of the following clauses: You provide the complete source code of the program, in a form readable by a computer and on the terms of Sections 0 and 1 on a medium customarily used for data exchange support; or,

  1. Faire A written offer, valid for at least three years, to give any third party that requests it, one copy in a computer-readable form, the corresponding source code, for a charge no more than the cost of copy, according to the terms of Sections 0 and 1 on a medium customarily used for software interchange; or,
  2. Informer The recipient of the location where the source code can be obtained (This alternative is allowed only in the case of a non-commercial distribution and only if you received the program in object code or executable with offer under paragraph b above).

The source code for a work means the preferred form of the book in which the changes are more affluent. Officers are appointed all the source code for all modules it an executable work, and any associated interface definition files, plus the scripts used to control compilation and installation of the executable. However, the standard environment of the operating system development implemented (source or binary) - compiler, kernel, etc. - An exception unless that component along the executable.

If distribution of executable or object code is made by offering access to copy from a designated place, offer equivalent access to copy the source code from the same place counts as distribution of the source code, even if the user chooses not to take advantage of this offer.

  • Article 4.

You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute the Program except as expressly provided under the General Public License. Any such attempt will void your rights to use the Program under this License. However, parties who have received copies of the Program You or the right to use these copies will continue to enjoy their right to use as long as they comply fully with the terms of the License.

  • Article 5.

That have not signed, you are not required to accept this License. However, nothing else grants you permission to modify or distribute the Program or its derivative works prohibited as you do not accept the terms of this License. Therefore, by modifying or distributing the Program (or any work based on it), You agree to all its terms and conditions of this License.

  • Article 6.

The spread of a Program (or any work based) assumes the recipient automatically receives a license to copy, distribute or modify the Program subject to these terms and conditions of the Licence. You do not have the right to impose additional restrictions on the rights transmitted to the recipient. You are not responsible for enforcing compliance by third License.

  • Article 7.

If, following a court judgment or allegation of patent infringement or for any other reason (not limited to patent issues), conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or otherwise) that are incompatible with the terms of this License, you're not so far relieved of the obligations related to this: if you can not reconcile your legal or other obligation to the conditions of this License, You may not distribute the program. If any portion of this section is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of the section is intended to apply and the full article will apply in other circumstances.

This article is not intended to induce you to infringe any patents or legal regulations or contest its validity; has the sole purpose of protecting the integrity of the free software distribution system. Many people have made generous contributions to the wide range of software distributed through that system in reliance; it is up to the author / donor to decide to distribute software according to the criteria of choice.

  • Article 8.

If the distribution and / or use of the Program is restricted in certain countries either by patents or by copyrighted interfaces, the original copyright holder who places the Program under this License may add an explicit geographical distribution limitation excluding those countries. In this case, the clause becomes part of the License.

  • Article 9.

Frogg reserves the right to periodically publish updates or new versions of the License.
